A cozy stay with attentive staff

The cute atmosphere. The front desk team, especially Rosy, was genuinely attentive.

While my overall experience was positive, the bathroom could use a bit more space. It felt a bit cramped when moving around.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was just next door to cotulla, tx.

Overall it was a great stay on a business trip. I interacted with the nice and exceptional staff. Variety of food for breakfast, which was awesome to satisfy everyone. The location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Brush Country Museum. Everything was simply wonderful.

Positive, The staff was helpful with my last-minute conference request. The room I stayed in was clean and had nice amenities, like a tv and complimentary toiletries. Plus, the breakfast had decent options for a quick start to the day 😄

The staff really made an effort to help when there was a last-minute request for a training session I hosted. They rearranged the conference room, showing really good teamwork and kindness. The breakfast options could use some improvement. I expected a bit more variety during peak times. Some areas seemed to need a refresh, especially the common spaces which felt a bit dated. These issues aside, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall comfort.
